There’s a great variety of aqua classes to choose from, including aqua aerobics. They all concentrate on working different parts of the body, depending on what you want to achieve. Giving fantastic calorie and fat-burning potential without putting too much stress through your joints. These classes include include aqua aerobics aqua jogging, deep water aqua and aqua circuits.
Protein is one of three macronutrients the body needs to sustain life. Smaller components called amino acids are linked together to form different proteins, and when we consume these proteins, the amino acids are broken down and subsequently reformed into the building blocks our body needs in order to function properly.
All cellular action depends on protein and amino acids to function.
Is it right for me?
